This blog is mainly a place for me to ventilate my homesickness to the most amazing country in the world; Iceland. You will also see in the blog that I am quite fond of Japan, rain, art, Harry Potter, literature, poetry, the ocean and the creatures living in it.

Five fun facts:

- I love alphabets! I can currently read russian, greek and some japanese and korean, and intend on learning hebrew, devanagari, scandinavian runes and japanese kanji.

- I also intend on becoming a crazy cat lady living in the woods somewhere near a mountain with a cow, some goats, chickens and fiftythree cats.

- I am scared shitless of the dark, yet I revere the darkness in mankind.

- I’ve seen every episode of Jersey Shore. I hate Mike.
